Three Day Weekend
Today is the end of a three day weekend.
The Cubs won 1 game (hopefully their funk ends). Great to see Matt Murton getting back into his "groove". Yesterday's Braves game must have been the thorn.
On the home front, I was able to spend some quality time with the wife, while doing some spring cleaning that took about 3 years to start. I even mowed the front lawn.
On the work front, I've been doing a little research on PC's for one of my residential clients -- It's easier work for me, but I love to do it. Makes me feel great to help someone... which is one of the finest points that got me into doing IT work. The compensation may be minimal, but the stronger soul is worth it.
What I learned today:
While waiting on your wife, do something productive while waiting. It pays off.

Yes, learning to use time more effectively will hopefully pay off in the future.
